Industrial Property Manager

About the job

Your mission:

• Ensure the technical monitoring and routine maintenance of the managed buildings
• Collaborate with caretakers for the monitoring and maintenance of the buildings
• Organise and oversee construction sites
• Regularly visit the buildings and rental properties
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Prepare technical files for presentation to the owners
• Arrange appointments with building supervisors
• Prepare reports, budgets, and follow-ups
• Participate in the preparation of the service charge statement
• Monitor and manage claims
• Handle disputes with tenants
• Verify, allocate, and approve invoices
• Monitor and update subscriptions and insurance contracts
• Establish and update the technical data sheet of the managed buildings

Your profile:

• Experience in commercial real estate, ideally industrial
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law
• The Federal Certificate of Property Manager is a real asset
• Good knowledge of building technology
• Good command of IT tools
• Organised with excellent priority management
• Solution-oriented
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
