Specialist Healthcare Distribution

We are looking for a passionate Specialist ? Healthcare Distribution to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service and distribution operations for a specific portfolio of countries. You will play a key role in optimizing logistics processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders, including modifications, while ensuring their accuracy (pricing, incoterms, delivery dates).
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the order management process.
• Adhere to GMP and GDP standards in all distribution-related activities.
• Maintain the ERP database with accurate information on customers and pricing.

Profile:

• Degree in business or equivalent experience in a similar field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and IT tools.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
