Head of Chancellery - Guardianship Registry

• Ensure the smooth operation of the guardianship registry.
• Organise the activity of collaborators, the distribution of their work, and the monitoring of cases at all stages of the procedure.
• Act as a point of contact for case managers.
• Handle particularly complex cases by mastering procedures and business processes related to the field.
• Participate in the proper functioning of the office by representing the registry in coordination meetings with management and other office members.
• Manage data collection for statistics, indicators, and dashboards.

• Commercial employee CFC, or any equivalent qualification.
• 8 years of professional experience in judicial administration, in a lawyer's or notary's office.
• Sense of public service and stress resistance.
• Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work under the responsibility of the hierarchical superior.
• Knowledge of common IT tools, speed, rigour, precision, and discretion.
• Experience in team management.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record less than 3 months old.
