We are strengthening our team! In the role of Product Manager Market Security, you will make a significant contribution to our market success and have the opportunity to decisively support our Security Product Management at the headquarters in Zollikofen.
What you achieve
- You are responsible for market and portfolio development in the field of physical object protection with a focus on perimeter protection.
- You analyse market, customer and technology trends and identify new business opportunities.
- You develop business cases, product strategies and market launch concepts.
- You collect and prioritise market and customer requirements and translate these into future-proof security solutions.
- You develop the positioning of our products and solutions and support sales and business development as a competent sparring partner.
- You shape the future direction of our security portfolio together with internal and external partners.
What you bring
- You have a technical education with further training at FH/HF level or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the security environment.
- Knowledge in perimeter protection is a plus. Alternatively, you bring an understanding of integrated/convergent security solutions from the areas of video, access or intrusion.
- You convince with entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and market orientation.
- You communicate confidently in German. French and English are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
