Do you keep an overview when an idea becomes a well-prepared interior construction project? As a joiner project manager, you combine your craft expertise with organisational talent and enjoy accompanying projects from measurement to billing. Whether new build, conversion or renovation: at the Lyss location in the Biel/Bern region you can expect varied projects, responsibility and a team that works together.
What you will do
- You prepare varied interior construction projects, lead and supervise them – from measurement to billing.
- You advise and support our customers and are their contact person during the project.
- You process quotation requests, create calculations and parts lists, thus ensuring a solid project basis.
- You plan and coordinate the timely project execution including the scheduling of production, materials and assembly.
- You ensure quality and maintain communication with the various trades involved in the project.
Your skills and strengths
- You have training as a joiner and ideally further training as a joiner project manager – or are on the way to it. Practical experience in a comparable position is also welcome.
- You have experience in project handling – from order acquisition to handover.
- Are you familiar with cadwork 2D–3D? That’s a plus!
- Ideally, you have experience in mentoring and supporting apprentices.
- You have a sensitive approach when dealing with the various craftsmen involved in construction.
- You work independently and solution-oriented and are at the same time a team player.
