AdliswilYour Tasks
- You are responsible for ensuring basic care as well as supporting our Ukrainian residents with everyday matters.
- You handle daily administrative tasks and maintain constant communication with specialist agencies and authorities.
- You enforce the house rules and intervene in conflict situations.
- You plan and accompany leisure activities for the residents.
- You instruct residents in cleaning and household tasks and carry out inspections according to hygiene regulations.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ, EBA
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in care
- Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Professional conduct in relationships with our clients (closeness/distance) as well as pronounced creative and organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least level C1); Ukrainian and Russian are advantageous
- Good MS Office user skills

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
