These are your tasks
- Revision, maintenance and ongoing updating of the support knowledge database in Confluence and SharePoint.
- Participation in recurring meetings and corresponding follow-up (Support EPICs, process organisation and documentation).
- Supporting the team in various matters with a focus on optimising workflows.
- Assisting with the analysis of business processes
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions and guidelines
What you bring with you
- Current studies (Bachelor or Master) in business or computer science
- Technology affinity and interest in digital payment methods
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, service orientation, interconnected thinking as well as flexibility and precise working methods
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
