Industrialisation Manager

Fed Engineering is a recruitment agency specialised in engineering professions in Switzerland.

Our client, a company specialised in the design and installation of industrial machinery, based in the Lausanne region, is looking for an Industrialisation Manager.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead industrialisation and production launch projects.
- Supervise and support technical teams.
- Optimise processes, costs and industrial performance.
- Coordinate the various departments involved in the projects.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of production processes.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of production means.

Your profile:
- Higher technical education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrialisation and/or production.
- Experience in team management.
- Analytical mind, leadership and sense of responsibility.
- Fluent French, English is an advantage.
