Your tasks

• You mainly work during the day and participate in on-call duty.
• You support and advise clients and relatives at home. 
• You coordinate complex palliative care situations.
• You provide professional support to Spitex organisations and institutions. 
• You actively contribute to the further development of palliative care at mpdEO.

You bring with you

• Diploma as Nurse HF/FH
• Further training CAS or B2 in Palliative Care
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Own vehicle for assignments
