Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an analytically strong and entrepreneurial-minded individual as a Controller for an established industrial company.
Our client is a successful company with modern controlling structures, a performance-oriented corporate culture and high quality standards. To strengthen the finance team, we are seeking a professional who supports management with sound analyses and makes a significant contribution to financial corporate management.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management reporting and analysis of financial key figures
Conducting budget, forecast and medium-term planning processes
Development and monitoring of relevant KPIs for corporate management
Preparation of profitability calculations, business cases and ad-hoc analyses
Support of management as a finance business partner in business-related questions
Participation in the optimisation of reporting, controlling and digitalisation processes
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, finance or controlling or a comparable higher education
Several years of professional experience in controlling
Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
Very good ERP knowledge as well as excellent MS Excel skills
Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
