As Product Owner Compliance, you shape and drive the digital advancement of our compliance functions throughout the bank. You act as the interface between compliance, technology, and leadership, translating regulatory and business requirements into clear priorities, value-adding products, and sustainable technology solutions.

You are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. In doing so, you balance regulatory requirements, business benefits, risks, dependencies, and available capacities. Together with subject matter experts, development teams, architects, and other product owners, you develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges and ensure that technology creates tangible added value.

You work in a dynamic and demanding environment of a rapidly growing, internationally active private bank. In doing so, you contribute to a global technology platform that supports our business in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region (APAC), and other key markets. At the same time, you examine how new technologies can provide genuine business value.
