- Manage the lending desk of the Social Work Library
- Advise library users regarding lending and media usage
- Coordinate and supervise room usage
- Acquisition and cataloging in ALMA
- Provide specific library services
What you ideally bring
- Completed training as an Information & Documentation specialist (EFZ)
- Experience in a university environment
- System knowledge: swisscovery, ALMA, RDA, GND
- Customer orientation, service awareness as well as communication skills and quality awareness
- Very good German skills with good knowledge of English and/or French
