Your Role

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of marketing activities within a traditional retail and channel environment—maintaining a clear focus on impact, efficiency, and strategic consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage quarterly marketing plans in alignment with clearly defined budgets and partner requirements
- Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives (e.g., campaigns on partner websites, promotions, POS activities)
- Coordinate marketing activities with B2B partners and distributors
- Ensure compliance with strict guidelines and requirements set by international alliance partners (e.g., budget allocation, branding, reporting)
- Work closely with internal sales teams, including constructively challenging requirements and priorities
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and derive optimization measures
- Develop clear, structured quarterly marketing plans with a focus on sustainable impact rather than short-term activity
- Organize trade fairs and events, representing the company and its Hybrid AI solutions while ensuring consistent brand positioning
- Enforce strategic guidelines with both internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in marketing project management, ideally within the IT, tech, or channel environment in Germany
- Proven experience managing co-marketing budgets and partner programs
- Strong understanding of retail and channel marketing structures
- Ability to take a clear stance and confidently defend well-founded decisions, even under pressure
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge initiatives and prioritize based on strategic value
- High level of flexibility and openness in a dynamic market environment
- Strong communication skills when collaborating with sales teams, partners, and external agencies
- Structured, self-driven working style combined with a high level of assertiveness
- Native-level proficiency in German is required, along with advanced English language skills (both written and spoken) and strong presentation abilities
