YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- As a sought-after contact person, you take on complex fault cases where other solutions have already been exhausted
- Targeted cause and fault path analysis on software, components, and systems through measurements and investigations on site as well as evaluation of vehicle data – with direct influence on the availability of our fleet
- Development and testing of viable solution approaches in close collaboration with project teams, engineering, depot teams, and other specialist departments – from the initial idea to the clean handover into series/implementation
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience
- Completed studies in electrical engineering (university, university of applied sciences, or college) or comparable training
- Initial professional experience, whether in mechanical and plant engineering or another technical industry – what matters is your enthusiasm for solving problems
- Business fluent German and very good English skills (at least B2 level) for communication with international customers and teams
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50% within Europe) to provide targeted support to our customers and fleets directly on site

- Quick comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new problems even under time pressure
- Pragmatic hands-on mentality: initiative and structured working style to tackle challenges directly and bring projects to a clean conclusion
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance in interface management between internal departments, customers, and operators
