What to expect
- You accompany clients with challenging multiple issues
- You coordinate along the medical treatment pathway
- You conduct demanding conversations with insured persons, medical professionals, and other stakeholders – clearly, solution-oriented, and on equal footing
- You advise clients on social insurance-related questions and connect with other agencies (employers, IV, etc.)
- You contribute ideas and actively develop our processes in Private Case Management
What you bring
- Completed basic training in the paramedical field
- CAS Case Management and/or Social Insurance Specialist Certificate
- Several years of experience in case management desirable
- Good network of service providers in the canton of Graubünden
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex situations
- You combine empathy with the necessary assertiveness and communicate confidently even in demanding situations
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Mobility and a valid category B driving licence
