Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in Internal and External Sales 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of existing customers, explaining our service offerings on-site, managing customer inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints
- Checking and managing all important documents and adherence to deadlines for new deliveries
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces and other Elis locations
- Maintaining our customer data in the CRM system
- Looking beyond the horizon: Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Experience in customer service or in a service-oriented role
- Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
- Good MS Office skills and IT affinity (CRM systems are an advantage)
- Fluent German skills, knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Willingness for occasional customer appointments on-site
