Tasks
- Handling customer concerns outside the standard process
- Processing complaints at 1st level
- Recording and planning follow-up orders
- Informing customers about order developments
- Communication with branches and back office regarding contract adjustments
Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training
- Business fluent German skills
- French skills at least at level C1
- Experience in customer service or complaints management
- Organisational strength and team orientation
