• Conducting professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
• Supporting the service team in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
• Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience; experience in luxury hospitality desirable
• Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
• Very confident German and English skills, additional foreign language advantageous
