Polymechanic Jig and Fixture Construction 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operation and programming of CNC-controlled milling, turning and drilling machines as well as work on conventional machine tools

• Manufacture of precise tools, jigs and gauges according to technical drawings and specifications

• Production of individual parts, prototypes and small series for internal use as well as for external clients

• Repair, optimisation and new production of cutting tools as well as various clamping, drilling, welding and assembly jigs

• Execution of finishing work, assembly and quality control on various jigs and assemblies

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic

• Ideally professional experience in the field of gauges and jig construction

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

• Strong manual skills as well as precise and independent working methods

• Reliable, responsible personality with team spirit and high initiative
