Tasks

Operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines and monitor their operation
Set up equipment according to production orders
Convert machines for new orders
Inspect workpieces through quality checks and dimensional controls
Evaluate and continuously optimise manufacturing processes

Requirements

Technical basic education, preferably as a production mechanic
Experience in mechanical manufacturing, ideally in grinding
Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
Interest in modern CNC technology
Independent, reliable and precise working style
