Research and Development Employee

This is what you can be responsible for with us

• cooking and creating recipes for new dishes
• planning, organising and implementing tastings
• supporting product launches
• training and developing production staff
• process and quality controlling after successful product launch
• co-designing the range including innovation workshops
• participation in strategic projects
• recipe maintenance in the ERP system
• compliance with and implementation of quality standards
• market observation and food scouting

You are prepared for this

• weekend shifts during product launches

This is how you convince us

• completed vocational training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and/or higher qualification in the food sector (e.g. certified technician HF/FH in food technology or BSc in food technology)
• enthusiasm for food in the area of healthy, sustainable nutrition as well as vegetarian and vegan cuisine
• experience in gastronomy, recipe and product development
• broad expertise in food raw materials and experience in industrial food production is an advantage
• experience with vegetarian and vegan cooking techniques
• analytical and structured approach
• resilience, motivation and flexibility
• very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• proficient Excel skills
• innovation and entrepreneurial spirit
• positive attitude towards sustainability
