Lecturer in Organisation & Leadership (80%)
University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Institute for Human Resource Management and Organisation
Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you combine teaching, research and practice. You design educational programmes, advance research projects and contribute your expertise to current issues around organisation and leadership.
- Design and delivery of courses in initial and continuing education programmes on the topics of organisation, change, leadership and HR leadership
- Supervision of project, bachelor and master theses
- Participation in the marketing and further development of continuing education offerings
- Acquisition, management and implementation of research and practice projects
- Publication of research results in specialist journals, research reports, conference contributions and case studies
- Active shaping of knowledge transfer between university, business and society
Your profile:
You have sound expertise in the field of organisation and leadership and are passionate about effectively applying your knowledge in teaching, research and practice.
- University degree (Master's) in business administration, management sciences, organisational psychology, social sciences or a related field
- Completed or near-completion doctorate (PhD)
- Proven practical experience and in-depth expertise in the fields of strategic HR, leadership, organisation and change or applied AI
- Experience in university teaching and enjoyment in working with students and continuing education participants
- Track record of success in acquiring, financing and conducting research or practice projects
- Convincing presence, strong communication skills and very good German and English language skills
