You have recently completed your studies and want to apply your knowledge where you can really make a difference? Then you are exactly right with us. During your six to twelve-month university internship, you will help shape our department, support diverse projects and gradually take on responsibility for your own tasks. In doing so, you will gain valuable practical experience, work closely with various specialist departments and gain interesting insights into the tasks and subject areas of the Partner Management Division.
What you can achieve with us
- You support the division and team management with a variety of tasks in day-to-day business and projects.
- You research various issues and prepare information clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
- You assist the division management in quality assurance of service providers and handle complaints.
- You coordinate contributions from various specialists and prepare decision-making bases for the division management.
- You prepare project assignments and presentations and accompany strategic projects.
- You plan and implement smaller projects independently and collaborate with various specialist departments.
Which skills are important to us
- You have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (FH or university) in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Management or a comparable field.
- You are interested in business, organisational and strategic contexts; basic knowledge of project management is a plus.
- You are confident in using Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and enjoy digital working methods.
- You can prepare complex issues clearly and have good communication and editorial skills.
- You work reliably and handle confidential information responsibly.
- You bring a high willingness to learn and a quick grasp, and are ready to familiarise yourself with new topics.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the other official language is an advantage.

- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
- Salary
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civil service
