Your area of responsibility

After thorough training, you will support the current post holder in day-to-day business and gradually take on your own tasks. Prospectively, there is the possibility to independently take over the area within 1–2 years.

• Creating and maintaining dispatch and shipment lists as well as delivery documents
• Support in daily vehicle dispatch with 6 own trucks and 3–5 external vehicles
• Handling enquiries by telephone and in writing in German
• Conducting research and clarifications
• Deputising for the current post holder

What you bring

• Completed basic education
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as confident handling of digital work tools
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in keeping an overview even in a lively environment
• Interest in distribution logistics and willingness to familiarise yourself with this area
• Enjoyment of a versatile hub function between production and end customers
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Driving licence category CE is an advantage
