Plan daily service operations in collaboration with management.
Manage reservations and organize guest placements efficiently.
Engage actively in service during operational hours.

Skills

Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

We stand for authentic, traditional cuisine with high-quality products – preferably from organic production. In our spacious bar and restaurant rooms with 260 seats, the charm of the 1920s blends with contemporary design. A place where urban hospitality is lived.

Our modern banquet and event rooms offer space for around 2,000 guests – at over 2,500 events per year. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality in the reception area 80–100 % (m/f/d) employment on an hourly wage basis

What you bring

Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or equivalent experience
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Friendly, well-groomed appearance and confident manners

Your tasks

Planning the daily service operation in consultation with the restaurant management
Receiving and organising reservations
Welcoming, seating and looking after our guests
Active participation in service during operating hours

Ideally, you also bring

Enjoyment in guest contact and a warm, open manner
Resilience – even when it gets hectic
Team spirit, personal responsibility and a high quality awareness
