About the job
What you will do with us
- Leading the electrical team with 12 specialists and 4 to 6 apprentices
- Ensuring processes and technical inquiries in the electrical area
- Coordinating daily business in the electrical area
- Link to the other maintenance teams (mechanics and optimization)
- Building know-how in the electrical team
- Participation in a pillar of the TPM program
- Leading electrical projects (retrofits of control and low-voltage systems/distributions)
When you fit with us
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ or electrician EFZ, further education as a technician HF or FH degree
- Operating electrician permit according to Art. 13
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Experience in automation (Siemens S7/TIA) as well as power electronics and servo technology
- Very good German skills
- MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge
