What you will achieve
- Technical and personnel leadership of a well-coordinated team consisting of 7 employees and 1 apprentice
- Resource planning and project allocation
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the department and its processes
- Managing smaller projects from the offer to post-calculation
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training (e.g. automation technician, electrical installer, electrical planner) with further education as a HF technician in electrical engineering or FH electrical engineer
- Solid technical understanding of control and automation technology, PLC knowledge is an advantage
- You already have project management and/or leadership experience in a similar field
- With good English skills and your enthusiasm for new technologies, you round off your profile ideally
