Technical leadership in space allocation and integration of company-wide stakeholders
Assumption of the owner function and representation of interests in committees and projects
Lease contract management and negotiation with tenants, service providers and partners
Conceptualisation, profitability analysis and process optimisation in portfolio management
Development and establishment of a KPI system for space management and space allocation within the framework of a professional CREM structure

University or university of applied sciences degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration with a focus on real estate or a related field of study
Sound knowledge in CREM, space management and tenancy law
Experience in negotiation of lease contracts and service agreements as well as confident appearance towards external partners
Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder processes in a matrix organisation
Data analytical strength and experience in building CREM key performance indicator systems (KPIs)
High degree of personal responsibility, integrity and diplomatic skill in dealing with internal and external partners
