HR Officer 50% (temporary)
Workload: 50%
Start: immediately or by agreement
Duration: temporary until May 2026
Work location: Urdorf
Main tasks
- Complete personnel administration (entries, exits, contracts, changes)
- Conducting the recruitment process in German and English with the responsible supervisors
- Handling of insurances (accident, sick pay, child allowances) and being a point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
Requirements
- Completed training in human resources (e.g., HR assistant; HR specialist certificate is an advantage)
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Knowledge of Swiss labor, tax, and social security law
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office and high IT affinity (Confluence, Jira)
- Experience with HR tools (e.g., Abacus)
- High service orientation and reliability, strong communication skills, discreet and trustworthy
- Efficient, precise, and independent working style
- Solution-oriented team player with high self-motivation
- Fluent in German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
