The Social Counselling Centre SoBZ is a regional, polyvalent counselling centre under the sponsorship of a municipal association. Professional guardianship in child and adult protection forms an independent specialist area alongside individual, couple, family, youth and addiction counselling, economic social assistance, school social work as well as mother and father counselling/early childhood counselling.

The SoBZ Willisau-Wiggertal is in an exciting, future-oriented phase of change and growth: From early 2027, our organisation will be represented not only in Willisau but also in Dagmersellen. QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST MANDATE MANAGEMENT | 80%

Here you take on responsibility

• Review of guardianship mandates regarding social insurance benefit entitlements, identification of optimisation potential as well as management of own professional guardianship mandates (approx. 30%).
• Advice and support for professional guardians on complex social insurance legal issues and mandate situations.
• Development of specialist foundations, work aids and standards for mandate management.
• Ensuring professional knowledge transfer and further development of knowledge management.
• Analysis and implementation of processes for the further development of professional competence.
• Participation in the continuous development of quality management.

You bring with you

• Bachelor in Social Work as well as professional experience in the area of guardianship or mandate management; complemented by the federal specialist certificate as a social insurance specialist or an equivalent further education. Sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance landscape as well as experience in a comparable specialist and advisory function.
• Independent, structured working style as well as target group-appropriate communication, cooperation and advisory skills.
• Analytical thinking, sound judgement as well as quality and process awareness.
• Sense of responsibility, integrity and persuasiveness.
