A special focus is on water treatment plants, where classic construction tasks meet complex technical systems. Construction Manager for Water Treatment, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You take over the construction management of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
• In doing so, you coordinate the executing companies and ensure a smooth construction process
• You monitor deadlines, costs as well as the quality of the work performed and conduct regular construction meetings
• In addition, you handle tenders, submissions, measurements as well as billing and accompany the projects until acceptance and commissioning
• You work closely with project managers, engineers, draftsmen, specialist planners, clients and contractors
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a construction-related education, for example as a civil engineering draftsman or architect, bricklayer, road builder or similar (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further training as a civil engineer, construction technician, construction manager, site manager or equivalent or have corresponding professional experience
• Practical experience in construction management or site management is important, preferably in civil engineering, building construction, concrete construction or infrastructure construction
• You enjoy technically demanding and unusual construction projects and do not want to manage exclusively classic building or civil engineering projects
• Do you also describe yourself as independent, solution-oriented, communicative and assertive?
