The remedial education day school of the Nathalie Foundation supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, sensory disorders, and autism spectrum disorders).
For a class in cycle 3/3+ we are looking for someone starting 1 August 2026
Your tasks:
- You share responsibility with your job partner for the individual support of four pupils in a class in cycle 3/3+
- You plan your lessons independently and document according to internal guidelines
- You maintain close communication with the other class teacher
- You work constructively with the interdisciplinary team, the boarding school, and the parents, and participate in school and quality development
- You take part in internal professional consultations, training sessions, and events
- You supervise interns

You bring with you:
- A completed qualification in clinical or school remedial education
- An independent and flexible personality with humour, empathy, and team spirit
- Experience working with people with complex disabilities/ASD
- Good knowledge of TEACCH and/or AAC and of the Affolter model is an advantage
- High resilience and enjoyment in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
