About the job
What you will achieve:
- Leading agile and interdisciplinary projects with a focus on offer creation and application processing along our strategy and responsibility for the successful implementation of measures.
- Analyzing various potentials, fact- and number-based evaluation of potentials, and translating them into solution concepts.
- Close collaboration with our agile IT squads to achieve our overarching goals; acting as Product Owner if needed.

Why you will succeed:
- You have a very good (specialist) university degree, e.g. with an economic focus, and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the digital environment, e.g. in project management or consulting.
- You have experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, are familiar with agile working methods, and have already led interdisciplinary project teams.
- You have a pronounced business mindset and excellent conceptual and analytical skills, you work in a structured and preferably hands-on manner.
- You are characterized by solid knowledge in process analysis, can get excited about complex topics and processes, and independently develop pragmatic yet future-proof solutions with real added value for our operational units.
- You quickly find your way in dynamic, agile environments and convince with a target-group-appropriate communication style in German and English. You enjoy working with colleagues from different backgrounds.
- You approach your work with enthusiasm and a pronounced can-do mentality. Complexity and personal responsibility motivate you, while you actively seek teamwork and handle challenging situations confidently and, where necessary, with a touch of humor.
