You will be responsible for leading customer installations in a two-person team. Maintenance and repair work are just as much a part of the varied daily routine as pre-assembly and functional testing in-house. For our client, we are looking for a
Metalworker – Installation Manager
Tasks
- Carrying out customer installations in a two-person team as lead fitter (workload: approx. 20%)
- Pre-assembly and functional testing of systems in-house (approx. 20%)
- Coordinating and performing maintenance and repair work at the customer’s site (approx. 40%)
- Supporting the production team during bottlenecks (approx. 20%)
Requirements
- Swiss Federal VET Diploma as metal construction locksmith, plant/apparatus builder or comparable training
- Several years of experience as a site fitter is an advantage
- Interest in independently coordinating assignments
- A flair for sensor technology and electrical controls
- Confident handling of customers and site management
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience in TIG welding of stainless steel sheet
- Knowledge of French or English is an advantage
