Clerk for Combustion Control (m/f/d) 50%
Your tasks
- Administrative tasks in the area of combustion control: sending measuring strips, combustion reports, and entering data into online platforms, etc.
- General data maintenance as well as control, maintenance, and monitoring of FEUKO deadlines
- Support for service technicians and employees in the back office and service centre in FEUKO matters
- Providing information or clarifications with combustion controllers and public authorities
- Checking and processing incoming invoices from combustion controllers
What you bring:
• Commercial training or similar
• Professional experience in clerical work and customer contact
• Knowledge of common Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, MS Teams) desired
• Communicative and open personality
• High team spirit and service orientation
• Fluent communication in German is required
• French and English skills are an advantage
