The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.
The visoparents foundation has around 140 employees. In addition to the daycare centers, the curative education day school, the IFA school (Intensive Support Autism Cycle 1), and the parent and professional counseling, the twelve employees of the head office take care of administration, finance, HR management, communication, and fundraising.
As of May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a successor for the Head of HR Management.
These are your tasks
- You take overall responsibility for professional HR management

- You lead the two directly subordinate employees professionally and personally
- You are a member of the management team of the visoparents foundation
- Together with your team, you are responsible for personnel administration including payroll and annual financial statements
- You support personnel planning and recruitment in cooperation with the line managers
- You advise and support on personnel, payroll, and insurance-related issues
- You are responsible for personnel strategy and implement HR concepts
What you bring with you
- You have completed further training in HR management
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and ideally have gained leadership experience
- We require sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
- You work independently and meet deadlines
- You act in exchange with different stakeholders in accordance with our mission statement
