We are currently looking for THE Group Executive Chef who will take our food vision to the highest level.
Your job: ensure that every product is desirable, replicable, profitable, and executed to perfection in all our outlets.
YOUR MISSION (if you accept it)Create, test, and develop ultra-desirable street food recipes (burgers, fried chicken, US food).
Turn creativity into replicable, profitable, and perfectly executed products.
Define and guarantee standards: recipes, weights, cooking, assembly, plating.
Be present in the kitchen (3–4 shifts/week) to ensure taste, speed, and consistency.
Train, structure, and empower the kitchen teams.
Work directly with the Founders and Operations teams.
Embodies the group's food DNA during launches, shootings, and content creation.
Visceral passion for street food and modern food concepts.
Creative chef but very structured.
Obsession with taste, detail, and execution.
Comfortable with food costs, margins, and standardization.
Field leader, pedagogical and demanding.
Comfortable with brand image and social media.
