TBO, an independent, partnership-organised company, is successfully active in the fields of fiduciary services, tax consultancy, finance and accounting, and auditing, providing services for companies from the SME sector across various industries, for non-profit organisations, associations, foundations, and private individuals.For our Payroll department, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as a Payroll Employee (60 - 100%) by arrangement.
Your tasks:
3 Execution of monthly payroll runs including mutations such as entries and exits
3 Billing and reporting of social insurances, withholding taxes, and family allowances
3 Preparation of payroll statements, salary certificates, and annual reports
3 Annual reconciliations of payroll and financial accounting
3 Management of absences, holidays, accident and sickness notifications
3 Preparation of evaluations and statistics
3 Maintenance of payroll item master data
3 Contact person for clients and authorities on payroll-related matters
Your profile:
3 Completed commercial basic training
3 Further training in the payroll area
3 Several years of practical experience in payroll processing with Abacus
3 Good knowledge of payroll and social insurance law
