100% Home Care Nurse

We are looking for nurses for a temporary assignment, to start as soon as possible for our client in Neuchâtel.

You will provide hygiene and comfort care, and offer support to the family and household at the home of people who are physically, mentally dependent, or living with a disability.

On behalf of our client, your daily tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure routine and technical nursing care with rigour and closeness to patients.

• Manage care priorities within the unit to guarantee smooth and safe care delivery.

• Actively collaborate with doctors and nursing assistants for a comprehensive approach to patient health.

• Participate in the life of the service by contributing your ideas to simplify and improve the team’s daily work.

• Support patients and their families with clear, reassuring, and professional communication.

Your profile matches our partner’s expectations if you have the following assets:

• Nursing diploma with a strong desire to work in the field and in contact with people, as well as previous home care experience.

• Strong team spirit, versatility, and ability to manage unforeseen events calmly.
