We are looking for you! To support our teams, we are looking for the following position immediately or by arrangement:
Route Planning / Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH 80%
Your tasks:
- Provision of needs- and situation-appropriate nursing services to clients
- Organization of nursing and domestic assignments as well as comfort services
- Telephone contact person for all stakeholders of Spitex Zimmerberg AG
- Consultation and information for clients and their relatives
- Collaboration and first contact with general practitioners, hospitals, as well as nursing homes and rehabilitation clinics
- Admission and data entry of new clients
- Preparation and planning of assignments for employees
- Monitoring of the expiry dates of medical orders and planning of needs assessments
- Independent, responsible nursing and care of clients
Requirements profile:
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Strong organizational skills and networked thinking
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- High social and communication skills as well as a professional, customer-oriented appearance
- Physical and mental resilience
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Good IT user skills
- Driver's license category B
