Your Tasks

• Responsibility for setting up and equipping tools for repeat orders
• Operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Ensuring a stable, precise and efficient manufacturing process
• Operation and loading of automated robot cells
• Carrying out quality checks on manufactured workpieces
• Deburring and reworking of components according to specifications
• Assistance with maintenance and care work on machines and peripheral equipment
• Continuous optimisation of workflows and tools in the production process

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training or comparable practical experience in a production environment
• Experience as a CNC operator or production employee in the milling sector
• Technical understanding and interest in precise manufacturing technology
• Several years of experience with CNC machines is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Strong team skills and resilience in hectic situations
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
