• Operating CNC and conventional flat and profile grinding machines
• Manufacturing highly precise fine mechanical components by grinding
• Monitoring and ensuring the required product quality
• Measuring and classifying the produced parts according to defined specifications
• Performing machine maintenance and care

• Completed basic mechanical training is an advantage
• Professional experience in manufacturing preferred
• Passion for grinding and active willingness to learn in the specialised field
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Willingness to work in two shifts as well as good German language skills

• Targeted internal training to become a specialist in grinding with comprehensive induction
