Case Manager//Insertion Project Officer at 80%

To complete its team, the Social Cohesion Service is looking for a:

Main missions and responsibilities:

Case Manager:

• Assess the needs of young people in training disruption situations,
• Build and coordinate an individualised pathway with the involved partners,
• Mobilise and coordinate the socio-health network,
• Ensure follow-up of complex situations,
• Prevent pathway disruptions,
• Maintain links with institutions.

Insertion Project Officer:

• Identify emerging needs of local populations,
• Design and develop innovative projects,
• Facilitate collaboration with partners,
• Participate in the development of services,
• Develop procedures and tools,
• Develop indicators and evaluate actions.

Qualifications

Holder of a master’s degree in social sciences or an equivalent diploma;

At least 5 years of proven professional experience in supporting complex situations;

Proven experience in project management;

CAS training in Case Management is an asset;

Excellent knowledge of the Geneva socio-health system;

Excellent organisational, analytical and synthesis skills;

Comfortable with interdisciplinary work and collaboration with various partners;

Strong sense of collaboration and ability to work in a team;

Autonomy, proactivity, rigour and flexibility;

Empathy, excellent listening skills and ease in managing complex situations.
