Polymechanic CNC Milling with MASTERCAM 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your main activity is the independent programming, setup and operation of 5-axis CNC milling machines. You use Mastercam for CAM programming to manufacture complex precision parts. You produce demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings and continuously optimise CNC programmes, tools and machining strategies to increase quality and efficiency. Checking dimensional accuracy, surface quality and process stability is also part of your duties, as is actively contributing to the improvement of processes, workflows and internal standards. You share responsibility for timely and reliable project execution.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ and have several years of professional experience in CNC milling, ideally in the 5-axis area. We expect very good knowledge of CAM programming, preferably with Mastercam, as well as experience in machining complex workpieces with high quality requirements. You are familiar with Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain controls and are characterised by an independent, structured and precise way of working. A high quality awareness and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing are natural for you. You think ahead, take responsibility and actively contribute to optimisations.
