You want to actively shape Ricola’s financial management and identify and implement concrete value enhancement and margin potentials with controlling? As Vice President Controlling, you report directly to the CFO and ensure transparency, create well-founded decision-making bases, and support management in sustainably and profitably developing Ricola further. Together with your team, you shape the future of our controlling and combine financial excellence with a profound understanding of our business.

• As a central sparring partner for CFO, CEO and Group Management, you bring financial perspectives into strategic decisions and actively shape their implementation
• You are responsible for the financial management of the Ricola Group and, together with management, derive targeted measures to increase growth, profitability and cash flow. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the implementation of our corporate strategy
• The global planning, budgeting and forecasting processes are your responsibility – with the aim of continuously further developing them
• Together with the specialist departments, you identify potentials for profitable growth and efficiency improvements and further develop our performance management
• You drive the further development of our Finance Operating Model and shape the transformation of controlling towards a data-driven, automated and AI-supported business partner organisation
• You support strategic investment decisions and ensure value-oriented allocation of resources across all business areas
• For our financial and business key figures, you ensure a reliable and consistent data basis together with relevant interfaces using our Data Lake
• You lead and develop your controlling team with the aim of promoting personal responsibility, collaboration and continuous development

Your ingredients for joint success.

• University degree (FH/Uni) in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling or comparable education and training
• Many years of solid experience in a leading finance, controlling or business partnering function, ideally in an international FMCG environment
• You have a profound understanding of the key value drivers of a manufacturing company and have experience in managing profitability, product costs and performance
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in developing, empowering people and achieving ambitious goals together
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and derive clear priorities from them
• High credibility as well as confident appearance towards management, board of directors and international stakeholders
• Proven experience in implementing change and transformation initiatives in the finance environment
• Strategic foresight combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality – you shape, decide and get involved yourself if necessary
• SAP-CO, Power BI, and Jedox knowledge are a plus
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
