LOCKSMITH REPAIR TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Your responsibilities
Autonomous in your interventions, you identify malfunctions and propose solutions adapted to the installations and clients' expectations.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring urgent repairs and carrying out necessary repairs on various locksmith works.
Assessing the work to be done, preparing quotes and performing restoration and maintenance operations.
Writing intervention reports and organising material orders in liaison with suppliers.
Advising clients on the maintenance of their equipment, proposing maintenance contracts and ensuring their implementation and follow-up: garage doors, gates, metal shutters, in particular.
Providing occasional assistance to the workshop as needed by the team.
You will work in coordination with the secretariat and the technical office, who will support you in administrative follow-up and the organisation of your activities.
Your profile
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a metal constructor or equivalent training.
At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland, with proven practice within a repair service. Both experiences are essential.
Strong skills in general locksmithing and good knowledge of garage doors as well as their electric motorisations.
Ability to adapt to unforeseen events and to work independently, with rigour and precision.
Service-oriented, neat appearance and ease in communication with clients.
Team spirit, motivation, punctuality and flexibility in work organisation.
Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
