Maintenance Technician 100%- Ensure the follow-up of maintenance and technical installations of the building.
- Autonomously carry out inspection and maintenance tasks of technical installations.
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets.
- Perform various troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Monitor and accompany the execution of work by contracted companies.
- Update existing documentation for electrical installations and maintenance.
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors.
- Building management and control.
- Participation in an on-call service.
- Project follow-up.
- Technical optimisations.
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician or equivalent qualification.
- Holder of an OIBT electrician accreditation under article 15.
- Several years of proven experience in this field.
- Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small projects.
- Good command of HVAC installation regulation.
- Very good command of French, spoken and written; another language is an asset.
- Good command of common computer tools.
- Valid driving licence.
- Team spirit.
- Great adaptability and strong sense of priorities.
- Service and solution oriented.
