To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Teacher of E-Sport

Part-time: 3 hours per week - 1 course at the La Châtaigneraie Campus; 1 course at the Campus des Nations

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Sport Teacher for our Culture & Leisure programme. The post holder will be a passionate and dynamic teacher, able to inspire students through a variety of creative teaching styles.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging E-sport classes and training sessions for students of various skill levels
• Teach students game strategies, teamwork, sportsmanship, and digital citizenship.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback and coaching.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe environment for all participants.
• Stay updated with E-sport industry trends, games, and relevant technologies.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-sport coach, player, or educator
• Strong knowledge of popular E-sport games
• Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Understanding of the principles of fair play, online safety, and digital citizenship.
• Experience working for an international school would be an asset
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Be able to manage resources efficiently so that teaching and learning is effectively supported
• Have an ability to work in French and English
• Good communication skills with colleagues and parents
