Housekeeping Manager 100% (m/f/x)
Your tasks
As a Housekeeping Manager (m/f/x), you will take on the operational and administrative responsibility for the housekeeping department. Together with your team, you will ensure that the high standards of the Bürgenstock Resort in cleanliness, service quality, and guest comfort are maintained at all times.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and further developing a team of about 50 employees, including supervisors, room attendants, and porters
- Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas
- Monitoring and compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Efficient planning and organization of workflows, duty rosters, and resources
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Responsibility for budget control and the implementation of sustainable cleaning and work processes
- Organization and supervision of daily workflows and personnel deployments
- Motivating and training the team to ensure continuous quality and individual development
You have successfully completed the training as a hotel specialist EFZ or a specialist in housekeeping and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar position. You speak German and English, are service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to working independently and can organize and motivate yourself and your employees well. You are reliable and enjoy working in a team. Communication skills are one of your great strengths. If you have also completed the vocational trainer course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
