Then the apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist EFZ with us is just right for you! During your training, you will learn how to install, maintain and support IT systems – practical and future-oriented.

What to expect

• IT support with impact: You assist users in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Technology in action: You install, configure and maintain hardware and software as well as ICT devices – from laptops to servers.
• Troubleshooting & automation: You resolve faults, monitor systems and use automation scripts to optimise processes.
• IT infrastructure & security: You work on networks, servers and IT security solutions and document your work carefully.
• Strong foundation: In the first year of apprenticeship, you acquire your basic knowledge at the ICT Vocational Training Centre AG – a strong basis for your professional future.

What you bring

• Good performance in secondary school (especially mathematics and natural sciences), level Sek or Real
• Interest in computer science, technology and digital solutions
• Enjoy helping, communicating and solving technical problems
• Reliability, team spirit and willingness to learn
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English or French skills are an advantage
